SUGADUMP collects as little as possible. Here's the whole picture, in plain language.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you buy: Stripe processes your payment and shares limited order details with us — your name, email address, and order information. We do not receive or store your card number. We store your order reference, a one-way hashed version of your email (used only to verify download-recovery requests), and a shortened display name (first name and last initial).

When you browse: with analytics enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Meta tools to understand how the site and our advertising perform (pages viewed, checkout started, purchase completed). Campaign parameters from the link you arrived on are kept for your visit. We don't run third-party ad networks on the site itself.

RECENT-ACTIVITY NOTICES

The site may show brief, privacy-safe notices of genuine recent activity — for example, "Jasmine R. just purchased" using only a first name and last initial from a real completed purchase, or an anonymous note that someone recently started checkout. These reflect real events only; we never display full names, emails, locations, or payment details, and we never fabricate activity. If you'd prefer your purchase not appear this way, email support@sugadump.com and we'll exclude it.

HOW WE USE IT

To deliver your purchase, verify recovery requests, measure our advertising, and answer support email. We don't sell personal information.

RETENTION & CHOICES

Order and entitlement records are kept so your "lifetime access to the purchased edition" actually works. Email support@sugadump.com to ask what we hold about your order or to request deletion of what we're not required to keep.
