Both SUGADUMP / LIFE and SUGADUMP / HOME are available now, $19 each. Where their answers differ below, each product is named.
WHAT DO I RECEIVE?
LIFE: a zip containing the 65-page Basic Edition PDF (50 forms across five sections: Assets, Access, Wishes, People, Paper) plus a fillable edition and instructions.
HOME: a package of four PDFs — the 32-page workbook (bone and white/ink-saving editions — same 32 pages, not additional content), a 6-page completed-examples companion, and a 4-page handoff packet.
Both are delivered digitally — nothing physical ships. Your purchase is a personal, household license: download it, print the whole thing or just the pages you need, and reprint any page again later.
WHERE'S MY DOWNLOAD AFTER I PURCHASE?
Right after payment, you're taken to a success page with a direct download link tied to your order — a zip file containing your PDFs. That link works again later too, so you can come back for it.
MY DOWNLOAD ISN'T WORKING.
Email support@sugadump.com from the address you used at checkout, and let us know which workbook you bought. We'll verify your order and reissue a working download link.
HOW DO I PRINT IT?
LIFE: pages are 6 × 9 inches — smaller than standard printer paper. Most home and office printers can print two 6×9 pages per US Letter or A4 sheet using your printer's "multiple pages per sheet" or "booklet" option, or print one page per sheet at actual size ("actual size" or "100%," not "fit to page," which would stretch it). A local print shop can also print and trim it to size.
HOME: pages are standard US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) — print one page per sheet at "actual size" or "100%," no special settings needed. Use the white/ink-saving edition if you'd rather print more lightly.
IS IT FILLABLE ON A COMPUTER?
Yes. Every workbook's download includes both a printable PDF and a fillable PDF. Print and write by hand, or open the fillable PDF in a PDF reader that supports forms (Adobe Acrobat Reader, or your browser's built-in viewer), type your answers, and use "Save" or "Save As" to keep a copy with your answers — reopen it anytime to keep going or make changes.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO YOU STORE?
As little as possible, and the same for either product. When you buy, Stripe processes payment and shares limited order details with us — name, email, and order information; we never receive or store your card number. We keep your order reference, a one-way hashed version of your email (used only to verify download-recovery requests), and a shortened display name. Email support@sugadump.com. For a download problem, include the address you used at checkout and which workbook you bought so we can verify your order. Please don't send us your completed workbook or sensitive personal information.
